Wow, can you believe it is February already??

Announcements:
* I will not be here on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday next week. Monday I will be here for a little while during 1st and 2nd, but you will have a sub and I will not be working with yall that day. The sub will be in charge. I will leave you plenty of work to stay busy all period every day. Be prepared and be on your best behavior for the sub. If I get a good report for all 4 days, I will treat yall to some goodies the following week.

Today's Objectives:
* Students will be able to identify guidelines for using graphics, fonts, and special effects in presentations.
* Students will be able to Analyze the effectiveness of multimedia presentations.
* Students will determine the appropriate technology to create and deliver an effective presentation.

Today's Assignments:
1) Warm-up: For the last time, make sure you have everything from 1/8/08 to 1/31/08 completed and posted to your blog. It will be zero for any work not posted after the end of class today. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE TURNED IN YOUR PRODCUCTION TEST FILES TO THE ELECTRONIC TURN IN FOLDER.
2) Discuss DDC Testing Center Test Tracking Form and saving it to your server: xxx-DDC Testing Center Test Tracking Form

3) New PowerPoint Assignments to complete today:

4) Closing: (last 10 minutes of class) Freerice.com->http://www.freerice.com/index.php Be sure to post how many gains you donated on your wordplanner document. You will be printing your wordplanner next Friday for a test grade. So make sure you are completing your keyboarding and free rice daily.

If you were not here yesterday, we need to get you set up on DDC Testing Center. Ask you neighbor or come talk to me.

Today's Agenda:
1) Warm-Up: Log in to DDC Testing Center and make sure you can get back in. If you can great, you don't need to do anything. If you can't, if you get an error message, please let me konw ASAP.
2) Warm-up 2: go to one of the typing programs and take some timed writings. Record it in your wordplanner once you are done. File needed for posting WPM and Grains of Rice donations
3) You HAVE to finish your Production Test, if you have not yet done so. You must place the finished PowerPoint presentations in the Electronic Turn in folder i the appropriate folders. If you don't know how to do that, COME SEE ME!!

4) If you are done with the production test, do the following:

2ND & 4TH PERIODS - GET OUT YOUR PROGRESS REPORTS, I WANT TO UPDATE THOSE FOR YOU

Today's Assignments:
1) Warm-up: Get textbook have a seat out in the center of the room. Demonstration of saving to the electronic turn in folder (WHERE YOU WILL TURN YOUR PRODUCTION TEST DOCUMENTS IN TO). I will discuss with you placing your test files in to the T:/ drive so they will be graded.

2) Today you will FINISH your PowerPoint Production Test. All four assignments must be completed by the end of the period on Tuesday, January 29.

3) After you complete your test, I want you to go back through your blog posting and make sure you have all of the following work posted to your blog:
